Stress. Overwhelm. Burnout. Low Energy. Trouble Sleeping. Irritability. Poor health choices. They are all related and have an underlying cause: lack of self-care.
But self-care can be prioritised the same way as you prioritise your kid’s soccer game, preparing for a presentation at work, organising your Mum’s birthday party, or going on a date. No one is really taking self-care seriously and giving it the importance it deserves.
